There are TWO Options! Join us for an RSVP 4-Course Dinner, Bourbon & Wine Pairing Experience; OR, come out after 7:00 pm for live music with John Richardson, Packers vs Vikings game, drinks specials, and a late-night menu. ALL are welcome, join the fun as we kick off our 100th Anniversary in 2024.

We're thrilled to share the exciting news of Chef Ryan Daehn joining our culinary team. A distinguished graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with a BA in business management and culinary arts, Chef Daehn now takes the helm as our new Executive Chef. During his academic journey, he honed his skills with a specific focus on mastering the art of Italian cuisine.
Daehn brings a wealth of expertise from his previous role at Pier 290, Gage Marine, where he left an indelible mark on catering, restaurant operations, and menu creation. His stellar contributions at Pier 290, coupled with his prior externship at Sails, a Forbes-rated establishment, underscore his culinary finesse and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
As he settles into his role at Koshkonong Mounds focusing on catering our scheduled private holiday parties, we're thrilled to announce a series of exciting pop-up events leading up to New Year's Eve. These events will provide a sneak peek into some of the changes we have in store!
