KMCC Members & Guests,

As the process for reopening the club to full capacity continues to evolve, we are excited to take the next steps in that process following Wednesday’s Supreme Court ruling.

While Order #28 is no longer enforceable, we will proceed cautiously and remain mindful of federal and local guidance. Yes, that will limit our business’ ability to open fully, and there may still be some inconveniences.  Regardless, we will continue to act in all of our best interests. Many of the safety measures that have kept our members, guests, and staff healthy and safe will remain in place. We will have a scaled, step-by-step approach to reopening the club at full capacity. Simply because the order was lifted does not mean we can (or should) disregard all previously mandated safety and social distancing measures that allowed us to operate safely and in good conscience over the past month.

Jefferson County officials and other local governments have not yet issued any “local orders” at this time, but merely suggestions. Please keep in mind that many changes may still take place if/when they publish or issue a “local order” and will require yet another “shift” in our business.

On Monday, May 18, we will begin to phase in our first steps.  These steps are highlighted below:

1) Golf Shop & Golf Course
  • The Golf Shop will open
    • All members & guests must check-in prior to beginning play

We truly appreciate everyone’s support in respecting our safety practices, social distancing, and overall display of common courtesy to fellow members, guests, and staff members.  We will re-evaluate the above guidelines and restrictions daily, with the hope of moving to phase two by June 1.
